What you will do

  • Acquire and manage relationships with banking, financial institution, and other clients in the Middle East and Central Asia.
  • Negotiate and persuade potential clients about the value that hirify.global can add to their business.
  • Generate revenue and achieve pre-agreed targets on customer flows, revenues, and profitability.
  • Pro-actively hunt for new opportunities in the marketplace through direct contact and partners.
  • Demonstrate business development and consultative selling skills with a results-orientation.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of sales experience in selling payment solutions to regulated Financial Institutions and clients seeking cross-border payment solutions.
  • Strong track record of outperforming commercial targets in past sales roles.
  • Ability to independently source deals to create a healthy sales pipeline and position hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Commercially focused and pragmatic, able to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
