What you will do
- Meet and exceed targets on revenue, trading volume, and active clients in targeted MENA countries.
- Execute growth strategy via introducing brokers, strategic partners, and BDMs to increase revenue and regional presence.
- Lead expansion into new MENA markets by building partnerships and leveraging existing relationships.
- Use your network to grow indirect contributions through new partners and identify key players.
- Identify process improvements across functional areas for efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth experiences for partners and clients.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English
- 5+ years as commercial/partnerships manager in trading industry (FX/CFD)
- Proven track record of business development through partners and achieving targets
- Strong technical knowledge of FX, CFD, and Crypto markets
- Experience leading teams
- Transferable book of business desirable; entrepreneurial attitude, problem-solving, decision-making
