What you will do
- Lead the development of best-in-class analytics applications for all clients and across the enterprise.
- Collaborate within Account, Strategy, and Technology disciplines to produce actionable insights for clients on prospect behavior based on campaign results and analysis.
- Craft innovative data and analytics representations that allow insights to be easily understood and extracted from large amounts of data and analytical output.
- Develop methodologies that inform component analysis optimization based on test design and in-depth analysis by campaign or cross-campaign.
- Drive strategy and communication plans through lateral thinking, knowledge of results, customer behavior, meaningful data insights, and the use of innovative forecasting and insight tools.
- Ensure the development of appropriate tools, skill-sets, methodology, and innovation across the analytics discipline.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of direct marketing analytical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, email, and analyzing digital campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of database marketing principles and direct marketing metrics.
- Proficient knowledge with data visualization tools (Power BI, Datorama, Tableau), web analytics and publisher UI tools (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, DSPs, Adobe Analytics).
- Proficient knowledge with database and marketing automation tools: SQL, Statistical Programming (R or Python), Machine Learning, GenAI, etc.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
