What you will do

• Serve as the primary authority on Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging standards.
• Act as the internal and external subject matter expert for A2P Messaging Compliance, staying ahead of industry shifts.
• Guide clients through onboarding, vetting processes, and best-practice adoption for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Legal) to align messaging strategies with carrier requirements.
• Work directly with developers to define and implement new messaging features and QA test them for compliance benchmarks.
• Utilize Claude Code to streamline workflows, analyze data, or assist in technical documentation and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, customer tickets, and development sprints effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to identify potential compliance bottlenecks.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of US-based Messaging Compliance (10DLC, Short Code, Toll-Free).
• Familiarity with CTIA guidelines and the broader messaging ecosystem.
• Experience managing Vendor Relations with Campaign Service Providers (CSPs) or Direct Connect Aggregators (DCAs).
