What you will do

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and validate business and system requirements.
• Work with delivery teams to refine requirements and align on feasibility, solution options, design decisions, and implementation scope.
• Define and decompose requirements into implementation-ready work items and tasks.
• Create, maintain, and manage requirements and related project documentation.
• Participate in refinement, estimation, and planning activities.
• Facilitate discussions, demos, and acceptance reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst and/or System Analyst on IT projects.
• Strong technical background and ability to analyze system behavior, integrations (APIs/events), and data models.
• Ability to identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and quickly learn complex systems, domains, and concepts.
• Ability to manage business analysis tasks end-to-end within the agreed scope.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in discovery, presales, or early solution shaping phases.
• Experience with cloud-based, integration-heavy systems, including IoT/edge and AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience applying AI-assisted tools to business analysis tasks.
