What you will do

• Facilitate effective collaboration between business stakeholders and project teams.
• Analyze current business processes and define operational and business objectives.
• Document and manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in planning sessions, conflict resolution, and risk assessments.
• Verify that delivered products meet documented requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Solid understanding of business processes and operations.
• Experience in querying and analyzing data using relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 required).
• Demonstrated experience facilitating effective collaboration between clients and project teams.
