What you will do

• Support product managers in defining, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements for new product features and enhancements.
• Translate complex financial concepts into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requirements.
• Participate in product testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of product enhancements.
• Analyze client feedback, product usage, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of product documentation, release notes, and training materials.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline, or 2 years of practical experience with an undergraduate business/financial degree.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, including liquidity, risk management, forecasting, and capital markets.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel) and Atlassian JIRA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with database concepts, Python, or business intelligence tools.
• Prior exposure to SaaS or financial technology solutions.
