TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Salary: 2400 – 3000 EUR/Month (Gross)

What you will do

  • Create high-performing static and motion-based ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Develop performance-driven creative concepts focused on CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention.
  • Edit short- and long-form video ads, including UGC-style and story-led content.
  • Use AI tools to efficiently produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize based on performance data.
  • Stay updated with platform-native ad formats and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating paid ad creatives for Meta, Google, or TikTok, with a clear focus on performance results.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real ad examples (static and video), including testing, iterations, or performance learnings.
  • Ability to design and edit both static and motion-based creatives, including short-form video formats.
  • Performance-driven mindset, understanding success is measured by CTR, CPA, ROAS.
  • Experience working with creative testing frameworks (hooks, variations, formats, CTAs).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working closely with marketing and growth teams.
