What you will do

• Develop innovative and compelling design concepts for campaigns and top-tier marketing projects.
• Design a variety of creative assets for marketing channels including website, video, social media, and blog.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards.
• Stay on top of design trends and contribute to the visual and creative direction of the brand.
• Take ownership of projects, managing feedback, balancing stakeholder needs, and delivering on time.
• Mentor and inspire other designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• A passion for design with an eagle eye for detail.
• Collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, problem-solving, strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Must include a diverse and extensive portfolio with your application.

Nice to have

• Experience in working with and enhancing photographs (photo editing and compositing skills).
• Experience in producing high-quality illustrations to complement visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with integrating AI image generative tools into your creative process.
• Understanding 3D visualization.
