Location: Remote-Friendly, United States; San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY. Currently, expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $260,000 - $305,000 USD

• Create high-quality design work across a wide variety of mediums.
• Bring strategic instinct to every project, understanding how design decisions connect to broader brand goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design, marketing, research, and engineering.
• Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines and design systems.
• Collaborate with and direct external agencies and studio partners to extend creative vision.

Requirements

• 6+ years of brand design experience with an outstanding portfolio.
• Ability to get energized by variety and context-switching.
• Strong strategic awareness and ability to articulate design thinking clearly.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines.
• Systems mindset for how creative work becomes scalable.
• Ability to elevate the work of external creative partners through clear direction and feedback.
