Location: This position is based in Rennes, France, London, UK, Munich, or Berlin, Germany.

What you will do

• Lead visual design for product marketing initiatives, campaigns, trade shows, and events.
• Create assets for product launches, sales enablement, presentations, and newsletters.
• Own and evolve hirify.global’s Figma-based design system and build reusable templates.
• Design and maintain visual assets for the hirify.global website (WordPress), including micro-animations.
• Design across various mediums like web, social, presentations, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design (in-house, agency, or both).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong Figma skills (design systems, components, templates).
• WordPress experience.
• Professional English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Video editing and/or motion design experience.
• Experience with Canva.
• Accessibility knowledge and best practices.
• Experience working closely with Product teams.
• German language skills.
