What you will do
- Own new logo acquisition and meet team revenue targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring the best customer experience.
- Partner with Billing, Support, and Marketing to improve the customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date with product changes to benefit customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to closed-won deals.
Requirements
- 1+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS, preferably in UCaaS and/or CCaaS.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Strong digital communication skills with an emphasis on visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions.
- Must be able to work US core hours (6 am - 5 pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace.
- Excellent internet connectivity required.
