TL;DR

Sales Engineer (AI): Delivering compelling product demonstrations and running high-touch proof-of-concept sessions for hirify.global's AI-powered customer communications platform with an accent on solving complex communication problems. Focus on building technical relationships with prospects and providing pre-sales technical support for all hirify.global products and services.

Location: Austin, US. Must be based in the US. This role will require 50% travel.

What you will do

  • Own product demonstrations and deliver high-touch proof of concepts.
  • Learn the technical tools the Sales Engineering team uses to test network environments.
  • Complete a Sales Engineering Demo Certification.
  • Partner with the Sales team throughout the entire sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience working as either a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in similar roles.
  • A technical curiosity and excitement about delivering a technology solution that makes work better.
  • Dabbles in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
