Salary: $9,600–$11,200/month

What you will do

• Serve as the point of contact between the control room and studio floor.
• Drive strategic cross-functional planning and prioritization by partnering with product managers and engineering leads.
• Ascertain true production requirements, recommend technical approaches, and lead control room operations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to producers on plans, status, and critical issues.
• Partner as a technical liaison between production and engineering teams.
• Manage and track all daily production/technical issues, delivering full reports by end of day.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering and live TV production teams.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects.
