What you will do

• Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain hirify.global's products or services to customers.
• Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Research, develop, and identify modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements.
• Help customers who have problems with installed products and recommend best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues and possible solutions to upper management.

Requirements

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer-facing skills directed toward C-Level and Developers.
• Linux experience is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of Databases including NoSQL, Relational, Distributed, and MPP.
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem technologies like Spark, HBase, HDFS, Hive, and Impala.
• Strong coding skills in at least one language: Java, C/C++, Python, or Go.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, Yugabyte, Cockroach, MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, or Couchbase databases.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
