What you will do
- Lead end-to-end sales processes for new and existing accounts within the UK & I Public Sector.
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline using structured methodologies like MEDDPICC and tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
- Deliver business outcomes through consultative selling by understanding customer priorities and translating hirify.global’s platform into tangible value.
- Build and maintain executive and multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (channel partners, GSIs, hyperscalers) to drive deal strategy and expand market reach.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory strategies and account plans for key targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex enterprise deals in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to grow new logos and expand within existing customers.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, including Identity Security, PAM, IAM, and Zero Trust.
- Experience working with channel partners, cloud providers, and GSIs to accelerate go-to-market execution.
- Strong executive presence, influencing skills across all customer levels, and commercial curiosity.
- Skilled in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and comfortable using digital selling tools like Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Demandbase.
