Salary: $124,000–$179,000 USD

• Collaborate with leaders across disciplines to plan and deliver product enhancements.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
• Champion Agile practices, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Experienced with cloud technology and building highly scalable software solutions, handling large volumes of data.
• Strategic mindset to set technical direction and guide teams towards project success.
• Ability to mentor and support the professional development of team members.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Formal managerial experience (career coaching, performance management).
• Experience with C#, React, React-Native, MongoDB, and AWS.
