What you will do

• Translate global business strategies into actionable regional plans, representing regional needs in global planning forums.
• Partner with engineering and analytics teams to implement AI/ML models that enhance QA workflows and operational intelligence.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards integrating AI/ML insights to monitor ROI, service levels, and operational health.
• Oversee regional resource planning, including headcount forecasting, coverage modeling, and workload balancing.
• Design and deliver training programs to upskill teams in AI/ML tools and operational best practices.
• Drive post-acquisition integration and facilitate knowledge transfer across regions to ensure adoption of AI/ML-enhanced processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, business planning, or program management.
• Proven experience applying AI/ML in operational or QA environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Experience leading cross-regional teams and integrating global processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
