What you will do
- Lead partner relationships and collaborate globally to ensure consistent service.
- Bridge technical and business aspects with internal engineering and account management teams.
- Proactively identify project risks, support needs, and opportunities with assigned accounts.
- Build long-term collaborative relationships with technical decision-makers.
- Maintain ownership of accounts, prioritize, and ensure resolution of issues.
- Collect partner feedback and champion it within PlayStation.
- Recommend and promote standard methodologies to partners.
- Provide onsite support, training, and contribute to training events.
Requirements
- Engineering experience with game SDKs and understanding their content.
- Understanding of general game development pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer support.
- Familiarity with development tools and ability to quickly learn new technical projects.
- Ability to operate with little supervision at partner sites, providing professional service.
- Willing to travel and coordinate technical expertise to solve issues.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in English and Korean or Japanese languages.
Nice to have
- Technical knowledge of the PlayStation platform.
- Direct console game development experience (contributed to a launched title).
- Familiarity with working with a globally distributed group.
- Experience working with external partners.
