What you will do
- Take ownership of customers' technical success with the hirify.global Platform.
- Be a core member of the hirify.global account team, accountable for technical workstreams for adoption plans.
- Proactively engage and influence customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding automation program maturity.
- Provide hirify.global Platform infrastructure, installation, upgrade planning, assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Enable customers' technical stakeholders on hirify.global Platform best practices.
- Conduct design and code reviews for select automations and perform technical health checks.
- Collaborate with hirify.global Product Support to manage and resolve escalated support incidents.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell).
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud technologies is a benefit.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French is required.
- Relevant work experience with progressive responsibility in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles.
- Ability to credibly communicate with and guide customers on diverse technical topics, including software engineering, packaging and deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering.
- Previous experience working with hirify.global, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice is preferred.
