What you will do

• Plan, create, and manage user acquisition and retargeting campaigns on paid social and ad network platforms
• Lead optimization efforts across creative, geography, platform, and channel to maximize returns and scale products
• Develop relationships with advertising partners and test new traffic sources
• Conduct industry research and present actionable insights
• Collaborate with ASO and CRM teams to align user growth and retention strategies
• Work with creative teams to conceptualize and test ad creatives including videos and playables

Requirements

• Experience in media buying for mobile games
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in a metrics-based environment
• Experience with advanced and privacy-safe mobile measurement approaches
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Work location: Hybrid with mandatory presence in London office 3 days per week
