Senior Ua Manager (Mobile Games): Lead user acquisition and retargeting campaigns for hirify.global’s mobile game portfolio with an accent on paid social channels, ad networks, and data-driven optimization. Focus on scaling marketing efforts, creative testing, and collaborating with engineering and machine learning teams to improve internal tools.

Location: Hybrid work with 3 days per week in London office, UK

What you will do

Plan, create, and manage user acquisition and retargeting campaigns on paid social and ad network platforms
Lead optimization efforts across creative, geography, platform, and channel to maximize returns and scale products
Develop relationships with advertising partners and test new traffic sources
Conduct industry research and present actionable insights
Collaborate with ASO and CRM teams to align user growth and retention strategies
Work with creative teams to conceptualize and test ad creatives including videos and playables

Requirements

Experience in media buying for mobile games
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in a metrics-based environment
Experience with advanced and privacy-safe mobile measurement approaches
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Work location: Hybrid with mandatory presence in London office 3 days per week
