Location: Hybrid - Austin, Seattle, Lisbon, Toronto

Salary: $158,000-$193,000 (Seattle-based hires)

What you will do

• Write requirements documents and work with engineering and design to build, ship, and support enterprise-class software.
• Work inside the larger SWG / Firewall team to think about how your piece fits in the larger SASE platform play.
• Join pre-sales and post-sales calls with customers, sales, support, etc., to assist with and help understand all phases of the customer lifecycle.
• Support a global engineering, sales, support, customers, and partners with a flexible schedule (expect North America and Western Europe engineering team engagements).

Requirements

• Technical understanding of DNS and DNS Filtering (what, why, how).
• 2-5 years working as a product/program manager shipping B2B software/services at scale.
• Experience working alongside engineering, design, and other parts of a traditional SaaS business to ship products to customers.
• Excellent customer-facing skills (empathy, problem-solving, clear and succinct communicator).
• Understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (routing, protocols, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with building, supporting, or deploying SASE, SSE, or legacy VPN solutions.
• Familiarity with endpoint devices, device clients, and differences in enterprise deployments vs. consumer deployments.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Active participation in industry conferences, publications, or open-source projects related to networking or security.
