What you will do
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and inform sales strategy.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Salesforce or BI tools.
- Design and implement automations using Zapier, n8n, or custom scripts.
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to translate business needs into data insights and scalable systems.
- Manage data flow by building and maintaining pipelines from Salesforce, product, and operations tools.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through monitoring and safeguards.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization).
- Working Python experience (Pandas, simple ETL, API calls).
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, or custom scripts).
- Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting.
- Ability to translate complex questions into clean, actionable analyses with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, asynchronous, and feedback-rich remote environment.
