System Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Focus on acting as a trusted technical advisor and conducting enablement sessions for partners and internal stakeholders.

What you will do

• Deliver live and virtual product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Build trust and establish yourself as a technical expert for customers and partners.
• Recommend effective hirify.global-based solutions to address business and technical challenges.
• Support customer proof-of-concept initiatives and trial engagements in complex custom environments.
• Represent hirify.global through keynotes and presentations at trade shows and conferences.
• Conduct enablement sessions and technical training for partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical consultancy, or a related role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Fluent in spoken and written German.
• Experience in technical consultative selling within complex organizations.
• Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Apple in the enterprise, or network-level cybersecurity concepts.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a field-based role while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.

• Cybersecurity certification (e.g., Cybersecurity Fundamentals or equivalent).
• Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Understanding of Zero Trust network architecture
