Security Advisor II (GBR)

What you will do

• Assess and ensure customer’s Falcon environment aligns with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide customers with recommendations to improve security posture.
• Create and recommend remediation for hirify.global product components to enhance security.
• Contact customers directly upon identification of misalignment with standards.
• Document, update, and resolve all customer issues in accordance with procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide customers with service reports and statistics.

Requirements

• Customer empathy and ability to guide customers towards desired outcomes.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Incident Management and CSIRT operation.
• Knowledge of Audit, Logging, and Monitoring Controls (SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR).
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients.
• Knowledge of frameworks: ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix and MITRE ATT&CK.
