Location: Hybrid in Chicago, United States. This role is for candidates based in the United States.

Salary: $110,600 – $130,100/year (base pay) with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $130,100 and $153,000/year.

What you will do

• Engage with customer product, engineering, and marketing teams to understand requirements and integrate the platform into their technical architecture.
• Facilitate product functionality inquiries and technical aspects of customer onboarding to maximize time to value.
• Communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams to document technical requirements, schedules, and goals.
• Support Service Delivery Managers by providing strategic solutions for complex use cases.
• Design technical implementation plans, information architectures, and scopes of work.
• Support customers in achieving effective SDK and API integrations with hirify.global.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, mobile marketing, implementation, technical support, business analysis, technical account management, or customer success.
• Strong product command and technical domain knowledge of two or more of: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile, APIs, or Programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing skills, and follow-up.
• Proven team player working well with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem solver with a high level of intellectual curiosity.
• Candidates must be based in the United States.
