What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for client marketing campaigns.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, platform scalability, and process efficiencies.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automated deployments.
• Design data flows and API integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and internal/external platforms.
• Oversee the Salesforce Marketing Cloud vendor partnership to capitalize on new trends and capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.
• Proficiency in AMPscript & Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for dynamic content, CloudPages, and automations.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and multi-source data integration using SQL Queries.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for various integrations.
• Familiarity with compliance knowledge (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPPA) and the regulated healthcare industry.
• Ability to implement and oversee pre and post deployment QA checks for marketing automation.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer (strongly preferred).
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Admin, Consultant, or Architect certifications.
