What you will do
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help hirify.global meet its revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities where hirify.global’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how hirify.global’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
- Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale.
- Fluency in English and Spanish and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances.
