TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Building and managing a portfolio of new accounts for conversational AI solutions with an accent on identifying new business opportunities and driving user engagement/automation. Focus on demonstrating expertise in AI voice technology and integrating solutions across various customer support and agent platforms.

Location: Remote. Preference for candidates based in Mexico.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help hirify.global meet its revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities where hirify.global’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how hirify.global’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances.
