What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable API connectors that seamlessly integrate healthcare applications with the platform.
• Enhance hirify.global’s Connector SDK to simplify and expedite the creation of new integrations.
• Collaborate with clients, customer success, and vendor technical teams to understand integration requirements.
• Help internal teams troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after the integration process.
• Work alongside experienced developers, focusing on clean code, scalable architecture, and best practices.

Requirements

• API Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience integrating with various APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP), understanding authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, JWTs), and navigating rate limits, pagination, and error handling.
• Strong Programming Skills: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in at least one modern programming language, applying software design principles and data structures.
• Software Quality & Best Practices: Track record of delivering well-tested, high-quality software, including unit and integration tests and version control.
• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Skilled at troubleshooting complex issues, such as API failures, data inconsistencies, or performance bottlenecks.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
