What you will do

• Implement core services for the platform in .NET 8+ running in Docker containers.
• Develop features from the database layer to APIs.
• Ensure platform scalability and codebase maintainability.
• Proactively monitor production services and identify potential issues.
• Maintain code quality through comprehensive unit and e2e tests.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working in software engineering with relevant programming experience.
• Proficiency in .NET backend development, including technologies such as Kafka, AWS, Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Amazon CodeWhisperer) to accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and generate documentation.
• A growth mindset toward continuously exploring new AI technologies that can positively impact our engineering culture and delivery pipeline.
• Worked extensively with microservices-based architecture and used asynchronous message-based communication.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience applying Kafka for real-time processing.
• Leveraging AWS/Docker for DevOps workflows.
• Performing PostgreSQL optimizations.
