What You'll Build
-Policy engine integration for MCP authorization using CEL expressions (per-tool,
per-user, per-tenant)
-Integration with agent posture and activity monitoring features
-OpenTelemetry observability: traces, metrics, and structured audit logging for
compliance
-Configuration management layer supporting both static files and dynamic xDS
Updates

Required Experience
-5+ years software engineering with 2+ years in authorization/security systems
-Policy engines: CEL/Cedar/OPA/Rego, or similar—with production RBAC/ABAC design experience
-Strong Rust experience - scripting, API design, event-driven architecture
-Python experience
-Identity integration: OIDC/OAuth 2.0/SAML with enterprise IdPs (Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak)
-Cloud infrastructure: Fluency with containers, IaC, CI/CD, and observability (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
-B2 English

Nice to Have
-TypeScript proficiency (for SDK development or UI contributions)
-AWS experience: Verified Permissions, IAM, or security services
-MCP server development: Built or contributed to MCP servers or tooling
-Protocol Buffers and xDS experience
-SOC 2/HIPAA/FedRAMP compliance implementation
-Contributions to cel-go, cel-rust, open-policy-agent, or related projects
