TL;DR

Consultant, Marketplace Strategy & Growth (eCommerce): Designing and executing strategies to drive marketplace success and growth for key clients, with an accent on digital transformation complexities and maximizing value with hirify.global solutions. Focus on leveraging data analytics, AI tools, and exceptional client relationships to turn marketplace visions into reality.

Location: Position located in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Occasional travel (1-2 on-site client meetings per month) is required.

Salary: $90,000–$114,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a client portfolio as their primary strategic partner, ensuring maximum value with hirify.global.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as an indispensable advisor to senior executives.
  • Analyze complex data to create insights and deliver presentations that drive client decisions.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate research and enhance recommendation quality.
  • Manage multiple client needs and competing priorities through project management and multitasking.
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans for marketplace performance, from seller acquisition to customer experience optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4+ years in a client-facing, analytical role.
  • Exceptional Presentation & Synthesis Skills: Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
  • Client Presence & Relationship Management: Confidence and poise to present and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Incredible Agility & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and client demands simultaneously.
  • Strong Analytical Acumen: Comfortable with data and skilled at identifying key insights.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

  • Experience from a leading Management Consulting firm.
  • Proficiency with generative AI tools (LLMs).
  • Experience in Retail and eCommerce.
  • Master's degree.
