What you will do
- Support the development and refinement of value-driven product messaging and narratives for hirify.global's products, especially AI-driven capabilities.
- Contribute to messaging frameworks and launch materials that make complex features accessible and compelling.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent, usable, and aligned messaging.
- Assist in building and maintaining buyer personas through customer interviews, surveys, and internal research.
- Analyze customer feedback, win/loss insights, and market trends to inform messaging and go-to-market decisions.
- Support packaging and pricing initiatives, including research, analysis, and communication of changes.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in product marketing, product management, growth marketing, or a related SaaS role.
- AI-native marketer with an AI-first mindset and experience with generative AI tools.
- Strong storytelling and strategic thinking skills to distill complex innovation into clear, value-based messaging.
- Analytical thinker fluent in market research, pricing strategy, survey design, and data-driven insights.
- Ability to simplify complex information into accessible and compelling content.
- Work authorization: Unable to consider candidates requiring current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience conducting market research, surveys, and interviews (qualitative and quantitative).
- Experience analyzing, testing, and refining complex pricing models.
- Experience in or passion for the social good sector.
