What you will do

• Identify and prospect high-value partners across the developer and content creator landscape.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities.
• Design and lead partnership campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Create frameworks, policies, and processes to scale partnership efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, influencer marketing, or a similar role in the gaming or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of the developer and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and self-directed approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success in executing partnership campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and drive performance.
