Business Development Manager (Mobile Game Development): Managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure for mobile game development solutions with an accent on leveraging an existing network within the mobile game development ecosystem and understanding outsourcing models. Focus on building long-term relationships with mobile game studios and publishers, and preparing tailored proposals in collaboration with production teams.
Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the world

What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound business development opportunities from first contact to deal closure.
- Generate new opportunities using existing network and company lead sources.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand project needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with production, presales, and management teams for proposal preparation.
- Maintain the sales pipeline to meet agreed business targets.
- Represent iLogos in client meetings and build long-term relationships with mobile game studios and publishers.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within mobile game development or game outsourcing.
- Practical understanding of the mobile games market (key genres, production pipelines, and development challenges).
- Existing network or established connections within the mobile game industry.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, communication, negotiation, and closing.
- Confident spoken and written English.
