Location: Must be willing to work from the office in Saratoga Springs, NY on a hybrid basis (Tuesday-Thursday). Rushdown is not able to offer relocation assistance to successful candidates located outside of a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $50,000-120,000/year

What you will do

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company capabilities and network with key industry figures.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with publishers and developers of all sizes.
• Draft customized outreach messages across a range of platforms (e.g., email, LinkedIn).
• Schedule, coordinate, and participate in introductory calls and proposal meetings.
• Build a catalog of relevant game studio data points.
• Ensure all leads, activities, and conversations are documented and actionable.

Requirements

• Willingness to embrace ambiguity and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the latest industry trends, including the engagement and behaviors of different player bases.
• Familiarity with the game development lifecycle and studio structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a detail-oriented, self-driven nature.

Nice to have

• Experience with software engineering, including working directly as a developer or working alongside developers to represent their capabilities to external parties.
• Experience with a co-development studio.
