Growth Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA with approx. 50% travel required. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base

What you will do

• Generate new district relationships through outbound outreach, creative approaches, and local presence.
• Lead consultative conversations to uncover needs and spark excitement about a new approach to math.
• Partner with senior sales leaders and Math Success Managers to deliver demos and secure partnerships.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, host local events, and expand visibility in your territory.
• Build and execute a personal plan to exceed your revenue goals.

Requirements

• Sales experience (ideally in education, especially California) OR a proven track record of grit, resilience, and performance in another fast-paced environment (e.g., investment banking, consulting, private equity, engineering, operations, or early-stage startups).
• Competitive drive: rejection fuels you.

• Curiosity about education — willing to learn pedagogy while selling.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a “blank-page” mindset.
