Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Developing and presenting customized solutions to customers, focusing on how can increase their revenue and operational efficiency. Focus on aligning technical solutions with customer's business needs and providing feedback about product requirements.
Location: Melbourne, Australia

is a software-as-a-service company that provides seamless ticketing, point-of-sale, self-serve kiosks, memberships and digital waiver processes.
What you will do
- Develop extensive knowledge of the product and its implementation.
- Design and present customized solutions and demonstrations to customers.
- Work with existing and prospective customers to understand requirements and establish effective solutions.
- Present solutions to customers and stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with their business needs.
- Liaise with Product Managers to provide customer feedback about product requirements.
- Keep abreast of market trends and the competitor landscape.
Requirements
- Experience defining and securing endorsement of complex solutions.
- Excellent organization, communication, and commercial acumen.
- Capability to facilitate and foster stakeholder relationships.
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Technology, Communications, or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Solution Engineer or Sales Engineer role, or experience in the leisure and attractions industry.
- Experience using Jira, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce & Hubspot.
Nice to have
- Experience working with API integrations and API development tools such as Postman and Swagger.
