What you will do
- Provide technical telephone, in-person, and remote assistance for end-user devices and applications.
- Ensure desktop infrastructure is secure and conforms to corporate standards and policies to prevent unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
- Update and maintain Asset Management and CMDB systems to ensure data integrity.
- Manage user queries and coordinate escalations to second and third-line support.
- Support the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and assist with IT projects.
- Collate statistical information for weekly and monthly service reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Service Desk or Desktop Support role.
- Knowledge of PC hardware support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Technical qualifications in Microsoft technologies.
- Must have valid working rights for Australia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server Administration.
