Salary: €132,000 – €204,000 (annual)

What you will do

• Oversee team plans, execution, and ultimate output.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering leaders on strategy and execution.
• Foster a high-agency, fast-execution, and psychologically safe team culture.
• Define day-to-day processes that set the team up for successful planning and execution.
• Gather user insights through direct interaction and metrics to inform the roadmap.
• Recruit and develop excellent engineers, coaching them for career growth.

Requirements

• Experience successfully managing teams of 4+ engineers through career growth and multiple large projects, or senior engineering experience on large projects with 3+ engineers and heavy cross-team collaboration.
• Exceptional ability for cross-team collaboration, managing escalations, and shaping an impactful roadmap in a demanding environment.
• Deeply product-oriented mindset with a track record of leading the development of polished, user-centric features and interfaces.
• Evidence of unusually high interest in user experience, and demonstrated ability to convert that interest into effective production features at scale.

Nice to have

• Experience speaking directly with users and converting takeaways into user research or product requirements documents.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
