What you will do

• Identify, develop, and win new institutional clients across hedge funds, family offices, brokers, and white label partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients, showcasing competitive advantages.
• Develop existing client relationships strategically to capture wallet share from competing brokers.
• Represent the company at industry marketing events and conferences, building brand presence and pipeline.
• Support and implement targeted sales strategies across key regions to accelerate market penetration.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clients receive first-class service at every stage.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in an institutional sales role.
• An ability to confidently articulate complex financial solutions.
• Experience presenting to C-suite level.
• A drive & ambition to grow market share through new opportunities & existing relationships.
• A strong client focus.
• Proficiency in another language is preferred.
