What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate onsite candidate interviews.
• Manage day-of onsite interview logistics and host candidates.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements.
• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates interviewing with hirify.global.
• Assist the talent operations team with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
• Must conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR), requiring applicant to be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee, or Asylee.

Nice to have

• Experience as a recruiting coordinator.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn and speak intelligently about the space industry.
