What you will do

• Evaluate requirements and translate them into system specifications and standards.
• Enhance existing solutions to match client requirements by configuring and customizing software.
• Test and approve software solutions, configurations, and customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues through root cause analysis.
• Mentor less experienced software engineers and contribute to documentation.
• Improve processes, designs, effort estimates, and delivery pace in a client-facing environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with a Software Company or in a consulting role.
• Databases: MS SQL and Oracle.
• Operating systems: Windows and Linux.
• Web Technologies: HTML, XML, XSL, Javascript.
• Web App servers: Tomcat or WebSphere.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
