Location: Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid setup 3 days per week in our Old Street office.

What you will do

• Produce end-to-end social-first creative for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and paid media managers to execute high-performing assets.
• Lead and manage lightweight, efficient production shoots.
• Source and collaborate with creators and patients to produce authentic native content.
• Monitor and report on creative performance to optimize future campaigns and budgets.
• Support performance-led TV creative with a test-and-learn mindset.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media, content production, or performance-focused roles.
• Proven track record producing high-performing content for paid social environments.
• Deep understanding of UK audiences and social platforms.
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Figma, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
