What you will do
- Execute a vision and plan for sales enablement to elevate sales performance and efficiency.
- Partner with sales and go-to-market leaders to align enablement priorities with revenue growth strategy.
- Develop a team of hirify.global subject matter experts across industry issues, product capabilities, and sales processes.
- Deliver a competitive insights program with feedback loops to hirify.global leaders.
- Collaborate on sales methodology to increase sales effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support new product launches by enabling sales teams to effectively sell new products and features.
Requirements
- Sales, sales enablement, product marketing, and go-to-market experience in a B2B software environment.
- Leadership experience managing high-producing go-to-market teams.
- Expertise in corporate finance, preferably with a focus on treasury, payments, and risk management.
- Strong presentation skills with a track record of highly rated business presentations.
- Superior slide presentation, spreadsheet, and writing skills.
