What you will do

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using the ATS.
  • Prioritize requisitions effectively based on business needs and hiring manager urgency.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and freelancers, ensuring timely delivery and quality benchmarks.
  • Proactively identify and address when better quality, more volume, or improved consistency is needed.
  • Collaborate closely with leads and directors to define role scopes, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and contribute ideas for automation, system hygiene, and better candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in technical or creative recruiting, ideally in gaming, tech, or digital media.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, and referrals).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Smart, detail-driven, and proactive communicator.
  • Comfortable using data to prioritize and improve pipelines.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with distributed or international teams.
