hirify.global is a new games publisher, established by industry veterans, focused on curating a portfolio of Simulation, Management, Strategy, and adjacent niche games on Steam, supporting creative teams and building collaborative relationships.

What you will do

  • Optimise funnels and run effective campaigns to drive wishlist growth for games.
  • Manage and optimise store pages for conversion and visibility, ensuring messaging matches products.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on game performance, translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Build and maintain clear, up-to-date product dashboards, updated weekly.
  • Increase the number and quality of inbound enquiries from developers seeking publishing support.
  • Build a strong online presence and run creative campaigns to attract new developer submissions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in optimising growth funnels.
  • Extremely quick learner with the ability to absorb and act on complex information.
  • Excellent communicator who can produce concise summaries and clear action points.
  • Tenacious and hands-on, comfortable managing both strategy and implementation.
  • A love of games definitely helps.
