What you will do

• Lead client account teams and provide high-level digital consultancy.
• Develop insight-led digital strategies and execute paid digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team on creative concepts and content creation, including copywriting.
• Present proposals, reports, and creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to new business acquisition through proposals and pitching.
• Line manage and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a digital or communications role with significant client management experience.
• Able to communicate confidently and manage an active client portfolio effectively.
• Strong strategic approach to digital communications, leveraging analytics and insights.
• Experience in running digital channels and developing multi-channel digital strategies/campaigns.
• Proven experience in planning, managing, or executing targeted paid media campaigns.
• Strong written skills for reports, presentations, pitches, and creative content.
