Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA

Salary: $140,761 - $179,228

What you will do

  • Work with product managers and engineers to establish product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing throughout the product life-cycle.
  • Integrate empathy and user insights into team interactions, championing the voice of users.
  • Take ownership of projects, incorporating feedback from peers and customers.
  • Create engaging customer experiences and refine the design system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/Product design.
  • Track record of customer and business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
  • Experience across web, mobile web, and native apps.
  • Data-driven design approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, user experience design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
