What you will do

• Run data-informed experiments to improve the UK market’s conversion funnel.
• Extend the core platform to better serve UK-specific customer journeys.
• Prioritise initiatives that create real business impact.
• Improve retention and repeat order rates through localised product improvements.
• Deliver polished front-end experiences across high-leverage touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Australian product teams to co-develop scalable global solutions.

Requirements

• Strong React & TypeScript experience and proficiency in Node.js with GraphQL.
• Experience working in highly iterative, data-driven teams.
• Understanding of conversion funnel optimisation in a digital product.
• At least 6+ years of experience in a similar role at other startups or software companies.
• Experience building web products with our tech stack.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
